## Our Quality Standard Before Anything Goes Live

Before any item appears on our storefront, it goes through a sourcing and review process. We ask: Does this come from a maker or supplier with a clear quality track record? Does it hold up under normal conditions of use? Would we genuinely recommend it to someone whose opinion we care about? If the answer to any of those questions is uncertain, the item doesn't make it in.

This process means our collection stays lean — and intentionally so. We'd rather have fewer exceptional options than many mediocre ones.
